When will my order be delivered?
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days following payment. On average, you can expect your order to be delivered in as little as 2-10 business days from the time your order is dispatched . To minimise delays, we advise you to nominate a shipping address that is likely to be occupied during business hours (e.g. work address). If you place your order on Friday, Saturday or a Sunday this will normally be dispatched on the following Monday.

Address of Delivery:

Please make sure that when you enter a delivery address in our secure online order form.  There will be someone at that address to receive and sign for delivery, enbling us and our delivery service providers to get the item(s) to you.  There is the option in the order form to enter an alternative address for delivery (e.g. Place of work, neighbour. Etc.), if you or someone else on your behalf are unavailable during the weekday to receive the package(s).

What happens if I'm not home to receive my order?
Should there be no one to receive your parcel upon delivery,  you will be left a card with details on how to obtain your parcel at a later time. We recommend that you provide your daytime address (eg. work address) should there be any possibility of your usual contact address being unattended at the time of delivery.

In most cases, we can deliver to PO Boxes. If it's impractical to deliver to a PO Box (as is the case with some large items), don't worry - we'll be in touch with you.

My order has not arrived within the expected timeframe - what happens now?
Please allow the maximum number of days for delivery, based on the delivery service chosen. After this, if your order hasn't arrived, please contact us using our Enquiry Form. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we'll endeavor to work with our delivery partners to ensure the prompt arrival of your products.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, for whatever reason, please return the goods to us in a re-saleable condition by Recorded delivery within 30 days for a refund of the item or a replacement. This applies to personalized items too. Original delivery charges and return postage costs will only be refunded if your order is incorrect, damaged or faulty. Original delivery charges and return postage costs will NOT be refunded if your order is simply unwanted or unsuitable. We guarantee that you will receive your refund within 4 weeks.

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! - Please note, if the gadget you are returning is scratched, used, damaged in any way or does have all of it's packaging, manuals and accessories we will not be able to accept the product and we will return it to you.

If we instruct you to return the faulty gadget, please return it to the address shown at the bottom of this page and please read and comply with the checklist shown below. All faulty items will be examined to establish the cause of the fault, if a gadget is found not be faulty it will be returned to the customer, the return shipping costs will not be paid and the shipping costs of returning the item to the customer will be charged.

1. Please include all accessories and all packaging, manuals, batteries etc. (missing items will mean that the product is returned to you!)

2. Please package your return well.

3. Please write your address on the back of the package.

4. Please obtain insurance to the retail value of the product you are returning and a Certificate of Posting (as any products returned damaged or are lost may not be covered by this guarantee).

5. Please enclose your invoice with your return (or a photocopy of your invoice).

6. Please note on the invoice why you are returning the product i.e. faulty or not required, and how you would like us to process your return, i.e. replace or refund.
